Gull Cottage Bed & Breakfast

Within the scenic National Seashore, Gull Cottage is an antique home located back in the woods between two ponds, Gull and Higgins. The house was built in the late 1700’s and was acquired by Pat’s great, great Uncle Julius in the 1890’s. Her family has enjoyed this private and idyllic setting ever since. Virtually every room in the house has scenic views of the ponds, and a screened porch overlooks one of them. Bird-watching can be done from there, from the breakfast alcove, or in the surrounding woods. Hiking and jogging on the back roads around four other ponds to the ocean takes about 30 minutes.
